不建议上传没经压缩的视频，不建议上传大的视频！100M以上的视频都要经过压缩为好。格式工厂转换时，三个参数要调好：
视频mp4格式： AVC(H264) ，，比特率：256KB/s，18桢/s，如下图所示：
