There are days when you just wake up in a bad mood. His world is hideous, he hurts and seeks sacrifices to which the mood also falls with his attitude. So things only get worse.
Here's what to do to turn negative energy down and get out of this unpleasant state faster.
Listen to music
Your favorite song always helps. According to a number of scientific studies, only 10 minutes of classical music per day reduces the bad mood. So just find the piece that will make you smile - perhaps an old song that will remind you of good moments or a new one that will stimulate your mind's need for something unheard of so far.
Do something nice for someone
Good deeds always make us feel better. Whether it is a small gift or a small gesture of attention, just make someone close (or not) feel special and you will see the positive effect on yourself as well.
Focus on your work
Work distracts attention and helps you get out of the bad mood, of course, except when it's the cause of it. Overall, however, focusing on creative work and solving tasks in it always brings a sense of satisfaction. They will quickly get rid of negative thoughts.
Eat
It has been scientifically proven that hungry people are more frustrated and irritable. Even if it does not completely suppress the unpleasant feeling in you, the food will still give you strength and a sense of at least physical satisfaction.
Why not try to prepare your own meals? Concentrating on the technology of cooking, especially if you like to cook, will take you to another world of senses and nothing will resist your bad mood.
Sport
Healthy spirit in a healthy body, but on the day of bad mood start from the body, especially if you like to exercise. Do not look at sport as an outlet for unpleasant feelings, but as a food for the body, and therefore for the mind. Focus on movement, do not think otherwise.
A short walk through nature, especially under the sun's rays, will also brighten you. Enjoy the little things in it.
Discuss with a friend
Hearing or seeing with a friend is always a positive experience, especially a friend who will support and find you in such a situation. Talk, pour grief, find a solution, and switch to another wave. The faster, the better.
Attack directly the bad mood
In most cases, there is a specific reason for your negativity. Try to tweak it yourself as you find it or ways to decide it, or another, positive point of view of the problem. The Bulgarian saying "Every Evil for Good" always helps in such situations.
Be sure this is a temporary state and try to think of something positive that awaits you soon. The excitement of the upcoming exciting event will surely help to turn your negative into a positive mood.

Thank you for your well written post with good advice. I would like to add: just be by yourself. Start with a blank paper. On the left side, write down the positive things that gives energy to life.
