Throughout the day, sometimes our mood is good, and sometimes our mood becomes bad. Have you ever noticed at what time your mood is at its best and at what time it becomes worse? You might be wondering what mood has to do with time, but you will be surprised to know that mood has a deep connection with time. This has come to light in a recent study. Researchers have told us which time of the day is best for mood, and which time is considered worst for mood.
According to the report of the New York Post, scientists have said in new research that 5 am is the worst time in terms of mood and circadian clock. At this time people’s mood is at a low point. It gets dark just before morning and this affects the mood. According to researchers, 5 pm is considered the best time for mood. Most people feel best at this time. According to researchers, our mood is linked to the body’s internal clock i.e. circadian rhythm. According to this, people’s mood remains good and bad.
This study has been done jointly by researchers from Michigan University and Dartmouth Health. According to scientists, this time of morning and evening has been determined based on mood, circadian clock, and other factors. The longer the participants in this research stayed awake at night, the worse their mood was seen in the morning. This study was conducted for 2 years and 2602 medical interns were included in it. This study has been concluded by analyzing the Fitbit data of the participants involved in the research. This study has been published in PLOS Digital Health Journal.
Till now many studies have revealed that sunlight affects our mood to a great extent. In places where the temperature remains very low and the sun does not shine for many days, the mental health of the people is badly affected. People feel better when the temperature increases and the sun’s rays appear. People’s mood also changes when the weather changes. A large number of people feel better in the summer season, while some people remain happy even in winter. Different things have come to light in different research.
