Full Moon time!

Moon time!...

That time of the month that I am forgiven for my actions
as I am in such a straaaange space...
I do cope fairly well these days,
but it has taken about a century of deprogramming myself
to reach my state of perception of it.

I realized eventually that its a very sacred time for me so I indulge in my creativity and my garden.
I eat wholesome organic food and I drink ALOT of water,
sometimes I add some oxygen drops to my water.
When I feel irritable, I know I need some iron.
I then will have a glass of organic red wine in a ceremony to celebrate my Moontime.
I take naps and I soak in the bath for as long as I wish, I eat dark organic chocolate which is full of magnesium - which is essential for if you have cramps and pain.
It's a time where I spoil myself and a time where I focus on self-love and self-care.

So here are my secrets:

Because I collect the blood in my Moon Cup, I put it into a dark glass container and I mix it very well with my intent, linseed oil, turpentine, and a tube of oil paint.
I then release my creative energy by painting with the mixture on canvas.
I only paint when I have my Moontime, so every month when it's my Moontime I work on my three different paintings.
I play lovely high vibration music and my family knows by now to let Mom have her wine
while she paints as they feed me chocolate and whisper to each other:
It's Mommy's Moontime again.

I teach my children that its a time where even I can forget to do something or lose my balance.
It is a time where my husband feed dark chocolate to me when I am irritable and where I am allowed to be in a safe space...my home becomes my Red Tent...

I love the stories of the Red Tent and how women have through millennia had to deal with their Moontime!
I also love the knowledge that Barbara Marciniak shares in her book called:
Earth - Pleiadian Keys to the Living Library
In the chapter called:
Galvanizing of the Goddess:

If you want to have a fertile garden, the best garden in town, use your blood diluted with water. Your garden will flourish. You will find that your blood can accelerate the growth of food. It will accelerate many, many things. It is not a mistake that women bleed. It is one of the grandest gifts. It is the elixir of the gods.

– From, “Earth: Pleiadian Keys to the Living Library.”

I hope that those of you who read these words and the article above has a deeper and wiser perception of Moontime and that you will nurture and love yourselves in your Moon time
like a delicate flower,
fertile and
free!
