How to be a morning person, I will just share the fundamentals, these are,
*Open your Blinds Before Sleeping.
*Set your Alarm Clock to Play your Music.
*Place Your Alarm Clock Faraway from Your Bed.
*Keep a Process of getting up early in morning.
*Address the Root Cause of getting up late.
*Get hold of enough sleep.
*Drink a glass of water.
*Nap cautiously.
These are useful tips but the best way is to change your genes - I'm not joking either. Seems you are either born an owl or a lark and it relates to genes that regulate your body clock. It may be possible one day to change them like taking we take melatonin to help with jet-lag.
