Your walking speed can be beneficial for your health, because a new research has found that if heart patients move faster, they have to face less risk of hospitalization. Karlota Merlo, the researcher and researcher for Italy's University of Ferreira said: "The rapid risk of hospitalization and long-term survival can reduce the risk. The study conducted to reach this conclusion was included in patients with 1,078 hypertension, 85% of whom had coronary heart disease and 15% had valv disease.

He said - because the speed of walking is an introduction to limited mobility, which is related to low physical activity. Based on this, we believe that those involved in the study will be able to move faster in real life. Of these, 359 patients were identified as slow moving walkers, 362 medium and 357 at high speed. According to the findings, those who run faster than those with slow movements have seen 37 percent less chance of hospitalization in three years.
