Globalization has become a reformer of the present era and has been widely discussed in the last ten years of the twentieth century. It has been addressed by the academic and media circles, the various intellectual and political currents, writers, philosophers, environmentalists

 Its concept is often associated with the insult of many people to the progress, advancement and economic openness, and to restrict it to the economic aspect, which is the most prominent aspect of it.

The emergence of globalization does not return immediately to the beginning of the so-called new world order, but it goes back to the stage beyond the reach of centuries, but it is an old phenomenon of human foot on the surface of the earth and Mend if he lived on the benefits of nature of fruits or plant and then The transition to the stage of fishing and from was to agriculture and then to industry, culminating in these stages of scientific and organizational knowledge that reduced the importance of natural resources

العولمة  واقع وليست اختيارا ,واقع يبدا بنا وبحياتنا اليومية  ففي الصباح تستيقظ على جهاز راديو ياباني  مجمع بماليزيا  وتتناول القهوة الواردة من كولومبيا ونستقل سيارة مصنوعة بفرنسا التي تاتي نصف اجزاءها من كل بقاع العالم هدا  يعني ان العولمة في حياتنا اليومية ليست اختيارا 

اصبحت العوملة مصلح العصر الحالي وكثر الحديث عنها في السنوات العشر الاخيرة من القرن العشرين فقد تناولها بالحديث الاوساط الجامعية والاعلامية والتيارات الفكرية والسياسية المختلفة وكدا الكتاب والادباء والفلاسفة علماء  البيئة وكثرت الندوات والمؤثمرات

 وكثيرا ما يرتبط مفهومها في ادهان الكثير من الناس بالتقدم والرقي والانفتاح الاقتصادي واقتصارها عليه ودلك لان الجانب الاقتصادي هو ابرز مظاهرها لكن الامر غير دلك ففي الواقع فهي تشمل كل الميادين الانسانية والاقتصادية والثقافية والاجتماعية

ان ظهور العولمة لا يعود بالظبط الى بداية ما يسمى بالنظام العالمي الجديد بل انها تعود الى مرحلة ابعد من دلك بل تصل الى قرون  خلت , بل هي ظاهرة قديمة قدم الانسان على سطح الارض ومند ان كان يعيش على ما تجود به الطبيعة من ثمار او نبات ثم انتقاله الى مرحلة الصيد ومن تم الى الزراعة وبعدها الى الصناعة , وتوجت هده المراحل بالمعرفة العلمية والتنظيمية التي قللت من اهمية الموارد الطبيعية
