There are seven habits that lead to the growth of personal growth is effective in accordance with the natural law of growth, the transition from dependence on self-independence and then interdependence. These habits are:

First habit: Be proactive


Many move according to the circumstances. The dominant racers are driven by their chosen values and become part of their formation. To be a race you have to change the circumstances to serve your goals, not to change your goals as circumstances dictate.

Second Habit: Start and look into your mind


This means you start and have a clear understanding and a good grasp of what you are going through, to know where you are now? And verify that your steps moving in the right direction .
We all play multiple roles in our lives, but defining a goal or message makes us more accurate in finding the right path.

The third habit: Start with the most important before the important


Organize your actions and take your actions based on precedence. Most important then important. Emphasis should be placed on important and non-urgent issues to prevent crises rather than confront them and the key to achieving this goal is the delegation of authority and competencies.

The fourth habit: thinking benefit for all


It is not necessary to lose one to win the other, there is enough for everyone, and there is no need to grab the bite from the mouths of others.

Fifth habit: Try to understand first


To make it easier to understand if you want to really interact with those they are dealing with, you must understand them before asking them to understand you.

Sixth habit: join hands with others
