In the riot, one of the pilgrims was injured due to being discharged.
Imam 1 mosque, Ungku Ahmad Hazwan Ungku Kamarudin, through the official Facebook statement of Sg Plong Mosque, confirmed the incident.
According to him, the incident occurred when the congregation was praying Maghrib circumcision.
"Our mosque has been 'visited' by a wild boar strayed into the mosque fence area, pursuing pilgrims and children outside and then entering the prayer hall in a state of injury around his neck.
"There was a pilgrim who was injured due to being killed by the animal. Many pilgrims tried to save themselves and some of the pilgrims tried to drive the animals out of the prayer hall.
"Two motorcycles fell as the boar was thrown out of the prayer hall before being shot by one of the mosque pilgrims using a shotgun," he said.
He added that, after the relief, pilgrims prayed continuously in the uninterrupted prayer hall.
