Announced TODAY: "Super Mining" 12 GPU (12 Native PCI-E Slot) Motherboard with Interesting DesignsteemCreated with Sketch.

Hey Steemit Community!

I know there are several miners out here looking to maximize profits, thinking about those new mining optimized GPUs from AMD and Nvidia.

Don't forget to look at mining optimized motherboards that are going to support those thousands of dollars worth of graphics cards and help maximize profits further!

Biostar, one of the already more miner favored motherboard manufacturers has released specs of their 12 Native PCI-E slot motherboard, the TB-250-BTC PRO Ver 6: http://www.biostar.com.tw/app/en/mb/introduction.php?S_ID=884#specification

This is a much better buy than even the mining optimized Biostar TB-250 BTC if you're planning on ever operating over 6 GPUs

While the mining optimized board sports all the computing basis, taking a look at the design on the Biostar product page shows an:

  • Optimized PCI-E slot layout to potentially reduce PCI-E riser short circuiting with a design sporting seven PCI-E slots in the first row and five behind it. This is versus other motherboard layouts that have one row filled with all the PCI-E slots.

  • Uses the B250 Chipset which allows for 12 native PCI-E versus only 6 native PCI-E on the H110 Chipset. This means that the PCI-E lanes are optimized for default stability versus stability issues adding more cards using extensions on the H110 chipset.

  • Hybrid GPU which means one rig can have both Nvidia and AMD cards.

No details yet about the price or release date but expect it to be much more expensive than the Biostar TB-250 BTC which is retailing on Newegg for around USD $ 90.

Until next time!

that would look nice on one of my custom builds.

Will see what they set retail at.

True, however if they are $300 or less, for 12 cards that is paid in a matter of days at the current rates. As long as they aren't trying to pawn off $1999 processors (I'm eluding to the new i9s from intel) I think I will try to get one. I currently have the ASUS STRINX Z270F 7pcie board and a few 1-3 adapters to run 10 cards... I would love to not to have to have so many adapters... the mess of cords is killing my OCD.
