You have heard the name of Mother Teresa. She was one of those people who dedicated their lives to the service of mankind. She was born in Yugoslavia in 1919.when she was eighteen, she decided to be a nun and came to Kolkata. There she became a teacher in Kolkata. she swore to dedicate her life to the cause of helpless and poor people. Soon her activities for the service of mankind spread all over the world. In recognition to her service, she was awarded noble prize for peace in 1970. she was given Bharat Ratna Award in the following year. She was on her heels for the service of mankind spread all over the world.

        She was an Albanian from Skopje (todays former republic of macedonia). Shown on picture with her sister before she left her home country and she never saw her again, sad. But she did alot for the orphans and poor kids, bless her soul
