On your way to success, you will encounter a lot of negative influence that will tend to break you and cause you to shrink back from chasing your dream.
When this happens, there is only one thing powerful enough to keep you going - Focus!

Focus on the Prize

Living in the moment will discourage, dampen and sap your energy and the courage to continue. So instead of focusing on the problem, look at the joy you will experience when you finally achieve your goals. Think about how you felt when you first dreamed - the excitement, and enthusiasm you had. Focusing on these will give you the strength required to continue.

Stay away from from negative talks and mockery

Many of your friends and associates even family members will not share your dreams and values. They will make jokes about your vision through funny talks and mockery. To stay the course, don't always spend time with people who do not share your goals and values. i'm not saying you should not talk to friends and family members who turn your vision into a joke, but limit the time you spend with them and don't talk about your dreams with such people. These people are like poison; they slowly kill your dream by talking negatively about it thus making you lose the courage to continue to chase your dream.
Get close to people who share the same vision as you do. listen to them talk about their goals. This will inspire you and strengthen, encourage and empower you to continue.

The Beauty of your Dreams

To empower you not to give up despite any difficulty. you have to see the beauty of your dreams yourself. how often do you imagine having achieved your dreams - the fulfillment and how doing so could affect your future and that of your generations unborn. Meditating on these will empower you and your dreams, making it resistant to negative influences.
