OVERT SUCCESS: LIVING FOR OTHERS👬👬

RULE 1:UNDERSTANDING SERVICE
In life settings, the master sits always at the table and he is being served by the servants. Thinking that through, the master was meant to serve the servants: Jesus clearly demonstrates this when He took water and washed the feet of the disciples. Peter shouting “Lord! Lord! Not me!” couldn’t retard him from doing the proper thing which was service. Every human needs to get this straight service is not a reduction of self esteem but a ladder of success. I was told that leadership is service meaning you can't lead successfully without proper service. No one actually jumped to the top: it was through proper service. It could have been in one way or the other. Think!!! 💁

RULE 2:HUMILTY

Dating back to the Jesus’ time foot washing was reserved for servants and not just servants but the lowest servants of all (practically one with minute reputation). The servants were the one expected to be on the floor with the towel wiping the foot of the masters. Yeah! That’s just how they were, having no reputation because of their being.

Jesus changes the whole rule. Imagine the master of the universe with his hands through which the heavens, seas, waters, and all beings were created washing some dirty feet of cruel persons all by himself! This thought got me really stunned. I keep wondering if He couldn’t just let out words to get the action done rather than just step so low to perform this action.
Just when I was in deep thoughts, I remembered some hours before his death when he explained to his disciples that the way up is always down and the way down is up. Intelligence coupled with manipulations cannot lead you to the top. The ways are through humility and service to others.

RULE 3:SERVICE TO OTHERS
Actually God created us for one another. When He had a discussion with Abraham He told him “i will bless you abundantly and you shall be a blessing.” What did that really imply? The blessings of God towards us are to bless others. If you have an otherwise thought then forget success.
I clearly remember the story I was told by my teacher in class five about Napoleon who conquered the world yet died on the island of St. Helena. He was so self-centered because he thought his wealth and affluence was all that was important. He used the people around him but never appreciated them. His wife left him, his workers all left due to his self-centered life. This actually left me a lesson that even the wealthiest man cannot survive alone: he needs others.

you need others

RULE 4:LOVE? The ROOT💞💕

this video really inspired me

It takes love to understand that the guiding principle in life is living for others. Love is one virtue that costs a lot. I mean it could cost a whole lifetime, money and in fact all your resources. Love is actually a choice even as it is a standard for the ‘high calling’.

Sometimes we make the mistake of thinking we possess this virtue when actually we far away from it. You think you are loving? Think about what love can do; love is patient; love understands; love forgives; love pardons ; love cares; love is sacrifice.
You can’t possibly love when you don’t think about others. What is the essence of living if not for others? Imagine having a story to tell but having no audience or having a celebration without anybody to celebrate with. To achieve good success, let Love lead you to humility to make your life a channel of blessing not only to yourself but to others.

hello~~^^

As I discovered how beautiful people are, I learned to give away to others from a place of inner strength. I give curiosity and compassion instead of frustration. I listen and be present to people and give them respect. I appreciate people for who they were, not the behaviors they displayed.

I started helping people gain insights into their own lives and the power they had to create and change them.

They started finding fulfillment and meaning for themselves, and this impacted their relationships. The sense of fulfillment this gave me showed me I was living my life on purpose.

Serving others can create this same joy and meaning for you.

Wow
