No they are not the same. Although they work side by side. Accurate thinking does not involve emotions or sentiments but while one may be thinking positively, those thoughts may be fueled by some hidden emotions. So we can safely say that, all accurate thoughts are positive thoughts but not all positive thoughts are accurate thoughts. Hope I answered your question @pangoli
