Being a seafarer is not easy, you left your family because of that.Seafarers need deep relationship that lasts, because living among strangers will make them always long for understanding and concern back home.
Family is the only thing that a seaman motivate their profession. It is utmost importance to ascertain that goals don't bring them away from their final dream but compels them to see and take a realistic view of life onboard a ship, their relationship with other, the work and problems such as longing and loneliness for their families.Life onboard ship may be lonely, tough, boring, dehumanizing and maybe even conducive to injustice and abuse.

Loneliness is a worst scenario for a person who has not made themselves their first friend.It will become serious when he is afraid to be alone with oneself and is frequent when one does not believe in himself enough to out to make friends.Life of being seafarers is challenging and an enriching experience where a man gains their knowledge of new cultures and new insights.
Therefore, life at sea is full of struggles, so we must always motivate those seafarers. Let them feel that he/she is not alone.
