Maia is unrivaled in fluidity and strength on the ground, he is a master at attaining dominant positions and eventually attaching a fight ending submission. If you appreciate kinetic energy and motion through matter, you will enjoy watching Maia practice his gentle art in such a violent place.
Maia is the consistenly pragmatic and kind man....but do not mistake kindness for weakness, this man can strangle the life out of most things on this planet. There is no trick to Maia's gameplan, he is the most efficient grappler in the UFC and he implrements his game on everyone. It is time for him to show again why he is a perennial top 5 contender, and why him being an underdog is an absolute disgrace.
Colby has also disrespected the likes of Brazil by calling it a dump and a 'land of savages', well he hopefully has his fork ready for the humble pie about to be served. He is a fired up young man with a strong skill set and forward thinking mind....but he is in over his head tonight.

Machida didn't look sharp, he looked sluggish. Plus people have figured out his style.
