I don't know what is wrong with me, I am always going to the hospital either from one sickness to the other. Today the doctor will say it is stomach ulcer, tomorrow he will say it is stress related heart burn and next tomorrow he will say it hypoglycemia. Me I am tired of all these plenty ailment and frequent intake of drugs.

This is the complaint of people who pay less attention to their health but put more efforts in working and making more money.

What is food?

Food according Concise Oxford Dictionary, refers to any nutritious substance that people or animal eat or drink or that plants absorb in order to maintain life and growth.

What is Stress?

This is a state of mental, emotional or other strain.

Looking at the first definition, without food, life can not be maintained and growth will be impossible. Most times we get too carried away by the work we do and seldom pay attention to our health nor even eat good food, forgetting that without good health, the quality of our work will be affected.

You may wonder why I defined stress, when you work without food can lead to many ailments which may include stress, stomach ulcer, heart burn, hypoglycemia and the worst may be hypertension. These diseases if contracted in most cases can not be permanently treated, therefore one has to live his life dependent on drugs.

Eat your food as your drug else, you will have to eat drugs as your food.

Of what use is the money you are working for if you can't make out time to take care of yourself. Note that if you continue your life in such vicious circle, on the long run, the money you think you have made may not be enough to treat you of ailments acquired due to such incidence because the cost of their medications/drugs is extremely expensive.

Conclusion:

I have seen rich people who live their lives daily on drugs and wished they were healthy and I saw the agony in such situation. If you are a worker, who works from 8-6 and have less or no time to eat good food, but rather eat junks and feel happy because you bank account is getting fatter, this post is for you.
