A few days ago, I woke up as every other days. I got some STEEMIT notifications and so I decided to go through my feeds. The First post I saw was from a popular STEEMIT whale @ejemai. There's this song he remixed using STEEM in the lyrics. Here is his remix;

I believe I can fly, I believe I can touch the sky, I think about it every night and day, spend my Steem and fly away...!!!

Ohh!! This motivated me. "When will I blow on STEEMIT??" was the question I kept asking myself. When will I have enough STEEM to spend and fly away??. Obviously, I'm just being envious of another man's success but guy, who wouldn't?

Now let's get serious. Seeing that post really motivated me. It gave me a reason to keep steeming because things only gets better with time. It was like I was seeing my own future in STEEMIT. It encouraged me to keep going and not be discouraged. To all the minnows, I believe we all know that disappointing feeling we get when after writing a great post, all you see is a few upvotes. You still have to paste your links in almost every group on discord and WhatsApp so as to create awareness. You even have to share individually to some friends sef for upvotes. "PHEWW" This can be very exhausting, I have to say.

But then, there's always light at the end of the tunnel. That's what this post means to me. I know the time is coming when I will sing loudly and with joy the same song that @ejemai has remixed. I really look forward to that day. I also use the medium to encourage other minnows like myself to keep calm and keep steeming. Payday is imminent. Have a nice day friends.
