Don’t get motivated, you Generate Motivation

I just watched an interesting video by Burchard. If you need a lift in life and need some motivation to go forward watch below.

Here is a great discovery… you cannot get motivated or get motivation. You must generate motivation.

The comparison he makes is with a power plant. The power plant does not make electricity, it generates electricity. We need to do the same.

We need to generate motivation, but how do we do it? In the video below he goes into detail how you can generate motivation to move you forward in live and your business.

There are 2 very important drivers:

Get more Ambition

Expectancy – believe in your ability that you have the strength and confidence to do it.
