[ Motivation ] How to Eliminate FEAR

in motivation •  7 years ago

There is a lot of fear going around these days. Fear that Bitcoin will go lower, Fear that ICO’s will not work, fear about money, work security and more.

I found some great video’s about Eliminating FEAR and I have posted it below.

The first video is from Bob Proctor and it is called ‘’Eliminate FEAR From Your Life’’.

In this video he demonstrates that Ignorance leads to Worry and Doubt, which leads to Fear, anxiety, Suppressed Depression, Dis-ease and then Disintegration.

Then on the other side you have Knowledge, Understanding and Faith, that leads to Well-being, Expression, Acceleration, At-Ease and then Creation.

Here is the video from Bob Proctor:

The second video is from Brendon Burchard

Brendon says that fear is just thought playing off in your mind over and over and we associate to much pain to that and this becomes FEAR!

Most fears can be over come by putting the correct thought to it. Once you understand these things better that we are scared off we will not fear it anymore. You can develop competency around it and master it and overcome the fear.

Brendon talks about the competency – confidence loop.

Brendon explains that there are 3 types of fear: Loss Pain (fear of losing something), process pain (process of changing is scary) and outcome pain (what if they go through all this pain of changing, but I don’t make it)

Go and watch this video below from Brenden Burchard:

What do you think of FEAR?

Both might be true. 😃
Real happiness can only exist when there is no fear. It needs understanding to be fearless. On the other hand, fear can become an opportunity, your chance, the oil which keeps you going.

Wise words @stockhauser Thank you :)

really nice education for me sir, ty for motivation sir..

Excellent post Colin. I totally agree with you, there's way too much fear out there, they say fear was created to keep us safe, but to be honest sometimes I kind of doubt that statement... haha

In my opinion 95% of unnecessary fear comes from the ego. We all have this part of us, that constantly doubts us, tries to distract us or make us worries. That is because our ego is afraid of change. It doesn't like to adapt to new situations, so that's why it triggers the fear hormone in our body which makes us feel paralyzed and really scared of things that really aren't supposed to feel that scary.

We humans, were created to enjoy change, to adapt to new conditions. I mean everything in this world changes a million times a day and we don't even notice it. But when our ego/self image is under the impression that a change is coming, which can be avoided, it then triggers the fear hormones. Just something, I wanted to share. :) Keep up the good work.

All other fears are learned.
So, It all can unlearn.

state of mind. if you can tackle fear you can enjoy a stress and anxiety reduced life which helps you focus. it takes work and balance, i suggest meditation in whatever flavour that comes.

These are great videos! Fear is nothing more than illusions created by our imaginations. Fears are negative catalysts to creativity. It takes not more an effort to eliminate fears than it took to create them in the first place.
