I'm with you @artem-sokoloff. I think mostly it's the wrong perspective and expectation that people come on Steemit with. Yes, at the end of the day we all need cash to survive, however, there is more to that here and it doesn't come without hard work. So people come here expecting to get rich over night. Hopping from one post to the next just leaving spammy comments, not upvoting posts. It's the instant gratification mentality. And when their expectations are not met then they get discouraged and quit. I like what you said about the behaviour. You would not go to your friend's timeline and leave a spammy link or comment. You would instead like their content and even comment something that makes sense. But yeah, it's all about perspective and mindset more than anything else. Great observation there...
