If your aim isn't inspiring or exciting, consider modifying it or trying something else. If you're having obstacles, consider the "novelty effect" to boost your motivation. This relates to the psychological effects of changing one's environment. If you work in an office, you might watch instructive lecture videos on TV. However, stepping outdoors would undoubtedly reveal wonderful weather with the sun shining and birds chirping.

Equally crucial is creating an environment that encourages meaningful relationships. Volunteering or engaging with like-minded people is one method to contribute. Consider starting a new fitness routine or visiting a new city. These changes may encourage you to make positive changes and give you a renewed purpose.
