Good day fellas. Have you ever been in a situation whereby you are preoccupied and have so much to do and focus on? Well, if you have, what did you do about it? Did you just continue working up the pile of duties ? Or you just went on a break and never went to it again?
I've been in that kind of situation before, all I did was just to take a little break and think about life, unfortunately that didn't work out for me, it was like I was only wasting time I could use to sort out things. So I got a way about it, which was to give myself a little time. I stopped stressing myself and sticked to what I could do at a particular time and it helped a lot.
When you have work to do, especially a lot of work, the first thing to do is to analyze them, take the really important ones first, then gradually go to the less important ones, that way, you finished the important tasks and don't really have to bother much about the others but in a case where it's just too much, then you give yourself some more time to sort things out, don't rush yourself or push yourself so hard, why? Because if you do , you might end up doing the tasks the wrong way or something which could end up being worse than it's original undone state.
We are human beings, fatigue will surely come one way or the other, we don't necessarily have to fight it all the time, we just need some time, we can't cheat nature. An example, let's say you get back from work by 7pm and you have a very huge workload, fine, do the work, but the moment you feel sleepy or tired, listen and don't be ignorant, why? Because the moment you ignore your feelings and all it gets bad, you might get to work the next morning and start sleeping while in a board meeting, or you might be driving home from work and start sleeping while driving, any of those could happen simply because of ignorance. Let's learn to give ourselves time and not rush the process. Thank you
