Making something out of life needs some level of understanding and understanding requires the ability to work together in a close knit circle with like minded individuals. We cannot move ahead and make it past what we do not understand.
To many, Steemit is about writing and blogging or doing some kind of stuffs so that you can earn some STEEM/SBD, but they forget that it means much more than that as they are meant to be connected with like minded individuals to achieve the goal of truly collaborating in a decentralized community.
You need the next man to earn your STEEM/SBD for a well curated article. Without the team, you will not understand what it truly means to be a Steemian.
To manage your time here, you must understand why you are here and what it takes to truly be here. Blogging to earn is not what Steemit is only about, there is more to the Steem and you must seek that aspect out.
Decentralization means serious participation that will enable the creative commons achieve a set goal different from what is obtained, (that is my definition though.)
I think we must work together as a team to be able to have a worthwhile experience on Steemit.
There is a quote which says, Players win games, Teams win Championship. No player plays alone and expects to win Championships, and this is true irrespective of your role as the 'star player'.
Ronaldo, Messi, Neymar, Hamilton, Vettel and the likes all win because they are part of a team, without the team, they will never make it far.

Being part of a team is a very important aspect here on steemit. Finding a community can be beneficial in more than just earning some extra steem. It helps to network with people around the globe, come up with new and interesting ideas and also, I have found that brainstorming has the power of creating sound groundbreaking ideas.

Lord have mercy! everyday on steemit is a new learning experience for me... I know and have always known the importance of team work but somehow i just couldnt relate it here apart from just socializing which i have been doing,.... i guess team work will just have to be deeper for me here.... thank you so much for the insight
