Hello everyone, what's going on guys , it has been a very good week and another awesome weekend so far. Today I came with an interesting inspirational quote. A word of motivation to live a better life.

With each rise of the sun, you get to chase the opportunity to fill your days with meaning to live your life the way you choose. Life's true gift lies in your freedom to design it beautifully. Start where you're with what you have, try not to hurt other people, take more chances. If you fail, Keep trying.

I believe good things happen everyday. Better things are coming, I believe good things happen even when bad things happen. Whatever you believe about yourself on the inside is what you will manifest on the outside.

The secret to getting ahead is getting started. Don't worry you'll make it.

HOW CAN YOU MAKE IT COUNT

• No excuses, don't count the days, make the days count.

• Give everyday the chance to become the most beautiful day of your life.

• Make ideas happen, Stop waiting for things to happen, go out and make them happen.

• Go for a walk, take the stairs or skip rope. It all counts.

No story is worth telling without the twists and turns. Make them count instead cos life is a first impression, you get one shot at it, Make it everlasting.

You own the first day of your life. You own the last and you own everything in between.

Whether you're climbing an extra flight of stairs or doing few burpees before bed every night always remember to make the days count. We're excited for all of the progress you made and for all progress that is yet to come. Peace ✌️
