WHY THE MORNING IS THE MOST IMPORTANT TIME OF THE DAY

Today, I want to talk about why the morning can be both the most IMPORTANT time of day...

… but also the most dangerous, too.

But before I do, let me ask you something:

Do you DECIDE what to think about in the morning?

It may seem strange to decide in advance what you’re going to THINK about...

But here’s the thing:

What you think about first thing in the morning sets the tone for the ENTIRE day.

That’s why most people have so much trouble staying positive all the time...

Because they don’t decide what to think about in the morning.

So what happens?

The mind drifts automatically to our problems and our regrets.

We immediately start thinking about all the things we’re NOT looking forward to..

The things we DON’T want to do...

And when that feeling of dread creeps into your mind it takes hold, it can RUIN your entire day!

So how can you prepare yourself to prevent this from happening?

Here’s what I do:

#1 Grab a pot of coffee and fill up my cup

#2 Grab something POSITIVE to read and fill up my mind with

Think about it like this...

How we start each day is like laying the foundation of our house...

If we lay a BAD foundation, then it really doesn’t matter how nice the rest of the house is...

It’s going to crumble, or worse, SINK...

Our days are exactly the same.

If we lay a solid and POSITIVE morning routine down as our foundation, and we start accomplishing tasks right away...

… the rest of the day will go much, much better too.

Keep adding one good day to another, and you’ll quickly find it adds up to a great LIFE!
