Why do systems work but people fail?

Systems works people fail, the first time I heard this sentence is with Vick Strizheus from the 4 percent group company in which I started a few months ago an internet marketer activity. I seem to have heard it with @Robert Kiyosaki and other entrepreneurs.

To imagine all this I would resume a quote from Tony Robbins who says:

"If you want to be successful, find someone who has achieved the results you want and copy what they do and you will achieve the same results. "

I think that's clear. Although I will speak more emulation than copy because KFC, Mac Donalds or Subway are in the same business but have small differences that allow them to have their own identity.

It's the same for Bill Gates and Steve Jobs. Bill Gates did an internship at Apple but chose to develop software and application systems rather than selling products like computers.

All this to say that when you can not reinvent the wheel because you are not disruptive like UBER, or another unicorn, follow a system it will be safer. I would say even guarantee.

WHY PEOPLE FAIL?

Errors are part of our success process. We rarely succeed at first cost what we undertake. When we follow a system we arrive after the failures of the entrepreneur who created the system and made the mistakes before you.

Most entrepreneurs when they create, they do not know the business and the market. They are experts in their field but are not entrepreneur, seller or marketer so they must learn several trades at the same time. Unless they start with associates and everyone does their work. That's why, as I said in an article before Why do business angels? business angels love investing so much in a team or roles are well defined. There is less risk.

To continue on this subject I recommend the E-Myth if you have not read it. Michael E. Gerber explains why most small businesses fail. 80% ferments within five years.

Finally, in the pyramid of success there is little room for improvisation so you have to learn from the mistakes of others, train, read, study other entrepreneurs, competition. If it were so easy to succeed and to undertake, there would be more people at the top of the pyramid.
