To me, the best method to get myself all happy and excited is to think of all the wonderful outcomes that my actions will bring upon. Most people get bogged down easily and cannot pull themselves out of the mud. We all have to remember that cheering yourself up is an art and a process so it does take a long time to perfect it. Once it is mastered, there will be no shortage of wonderful days ahead. Cheers....
