The human mind is powerful, and thoughts directly affect actions. Those who let themselves be dominated by feelings of inferiority often prefer to live in the comfort zone, where there are no emotions or anything new to fight, what can be understood as living from monotony.
Accepting that you are a unique person is the first step, to recognize the things for which you are good and for what you do not, there is practice. Establishing personal challenges is better than opting for the easy way, because it improves skills and more knowledge is acquired in different areas.
When I started to set challenges and meet them, I knew things that I did not know I could achieve, it was like finally seeing someone who existed in my interior and who was willing to do physical activities that I had not imagined. The important thing for me was the change that was in my mind and then it was on the outside.

The best memories (those that we remember with tenderness and nostalgia) are those where time has been shared with family and/or friends, funny anecdotes that mark the life of each person.
Some prefer to spend time at home (that's not bad) but, they forget that relating to the people around them is important too, (yes, I speak of those who live with hermit complexes).
Talking to someone else is always important, about anything, problems, existential issues and even advice, as friendships can often have a good influence on someone else's life.
What I'm trying to say is that it's very important to relate to those we love, I learned this somewhat late, I was a person who preferred to be alone at home without sharing with anyone. But I realized that I was missing many things. Being home without leaving is not living (for me). Breathe the air of the street, walk, feel the breeze, share laughter with someone else or experiences that exalt our feelings instead they are, do not miss the opportunity to live every day.

Nobody arrives at the top by his own merit, those who have triumphed owe thanks to someone always, to whom he told him which road to take, who told him what to avoid, to whom he told him what he should eat to endure to the top. Although some people do not want to accept it, the achievements are due to a group of people, almost always starting with the family (the family is not always the one who shares the same genes).
The gesture of help to someone who needs it is beautiful, without expecting anything in return, doing something for someone else always enriches the soul and makes people feel better about themselves.
Just the help of giving a direction, or feed a stray puppy, that can make it seem that the sun shines more, and there is something (call it positive energy) that makes the day go in favor of who helps.
It is also nice to see the reaction of a person or an animal that we help, they will always remember that nice gesture on our part, just as we remember with joy those who helped us in a moment of anguish.
Conclusion

Saying yes will bring you closer to those you love and will strengthen the bonds of friendship.
