In Plain Sight:
When I first became aware of grounding, it made me think of the movie avatar, and how important our connection to nature truly is. Sometimes I wonder if the secret to life has always been in plain sight? Have we just not been listening to our instincts? How connected are we? Would you consider yourself connected? Awake? or "woke" as they say?
Today we live in a world corrupted by electromagnetic waves that radiate from our beloved smartphone phone signals, WiFi, etc. This phenomenon is known as electromagnetic pollution or dirty electricity. This is only exacerbated by the push of 5G, and installation of smart meters which emit short high-intensity pulses of microwave radiation.
As it turns out, kicking off your shoes and literally connecting with Mother Earth has health benefits, such as boosting immunity, regulating sleep, and reducing stress. The earth is packed with electrons which can minimize the effects of electromagnetic pollution. Grounding helps to neutralize the after-effects of exposure to disruptive fields like dirty electricity.
When we walk barefoot, we can charge and vibrate the currents inside us and create a healthy balance within. As a result, it helps to enhance our moods and increase our energy allowing us to think clearly and live healthier.
