Signs that you need to quit your job ASAP

I've been sick for a few days now and I haven't been able to report to my office. Sadly this will be my last week from the company I'm working on. Working there has it's ups and downs. As much as I love my co-workers the work load itself is not worth it. I work as a Warehouse supervisor, not really an Ideal position for a woman right? But still I accepted the job and I never thought I would last for year.

So here are 10 reasons that you need to quit your job.

1. You are not growing
Personally, I like to see myself learning from my expirience. I like to see that I've grown so much because of this company. Ofcourse, you too. You don't want the same old routine doing everyday don't you?

2. You stopped learning
You've been dumbfounded. To be honest having routine makes you dumb. Doing the same old things every day. I would say go for a change.

3. Change of career
I'm not really good at this part but I want my career to be the same as my passion. Like what people say "if you love you job, you don't have to work everyday"

4. You boss is a an arse
Fortunately, my boss is not an arse. He knows how to take care of his people but managers and supervisors usually handles the clerks and sadly they are the ones who makes life like a living hell.

5. The never ending below minimum(NOT INCREASING) salary
I've been in working in that company for about a year now. And guess what my salary never increased not even a dime. Imagine working from makati to pasig and ofcourse the expense of eating everyday. A minimum wage is not enough and I have to pay for my HMO.

6. Travel time is more that 3 hours a day
Philippines have the worst traffic ever. Makati and pasig are just 9km away and it takes 3 hours just to get home. When in that time I can relax, exercise or do something more productivevthan working or simply live healthy. Sadly everytime I get home my body just wants to go straight to bed without having dinner. Because the travel times eats so much of your time.

7. You lost the time for your family
Filipinos are family oriented community. We value family more than anything. I grew up with my grand parents and every thursday my uncle calls all of us to eat together, catch up and have that family bonding. But when I started working I wasn't able to join them and it makes me sad losing the time for my family.

8. Dream job offer
You've always had this dream of working to this certain company and you were given an offer to work for that company.

9.You don't get along with your co-workers
This is usually one of the reasons why people quit their jobs. But to be honest there are different kinds of people and sometimes you don't have to really get along.

10. YOU JUST HAVE TO QUIT
Well, you'll feel it when you know that it 's been bad for you, you've become unhealthy, Spiritually, mentally and emotionally.

another one: you wake up and you already tired tired thinking about the work that awaits for you.

Well. that's true. It's not the job wherein you want to wake up with full determination. Followed you

3 hours to go 9km? You can walk that in 2 hours with time for coffee. Is it safe enough to do that?

Nope, It's not. I would rather walk going back home but I'll be inhaling all the smokes.
