Do you sometimes experience a sense of disconnection from others, a lack of affection, feelings of self-doubt, a perceived lack of value, a sense of being underappreciated, or a belief that your contributions may not have a significant impact in this world?

Do you ever feel concerned about receiving criticism, and if so, do you find it challenging to handle? If I may, it seems that a considerable number of individuals are currently grappling with a sense of apprehension regarding the possibility of facing rejection.

There is a certain level of apprehension that can be observed from the very beginning of life. It is quite common to encounter experiences of rejection as a means of gaining awareness and resolving past wounds in this lifetime.

Feelings of exclusion may arise when one perceives themselves as being less desired, smaller in stature, or possessing different physical attributes or talents compared to their siblings or others.

I understand that you may have experienced some feelings of rejection.It is possible that you may encounter instances of disappointment, even if you were eagerly anticipated, in the event that your parents held high hopes for you.

This type of parent typically has high aspirations for their child, hoping they can achieve what the parent themselves may not have been able to or pursue opportunities the parent may not have had.

The child may have the perception that his actions contribute to his parents' happiness. He may potentially experience apprehension towards rejection if he is unable to meet his parents' expectations and they communicate to him that he lacks value.

When an individual experiences a fear of rejection, they may engage in various actions in order to seek acceptance and affection. She occasionally experiences feelings of guilt.

She sometimes underestimates herself, questioning her value and impact on others' lives. She may find it challenging to embrace constructive feedback, as she tends to be self-critical.

She tends to feel apprehensive about trying new things due to her concern about potential rejection, which sometimes leads her to decline opportunities rather than taking the risk of making a mistake. It can be challenging to break this cycle.

One possible solution to this challenge could involve focusing on self-care and cultivating a sense of self-acceptance, rather than solely relying on external validation or seeking love from others.

It is recommended to allocate a few moments each evening to reflect upon the positive aspects of your day that you feel a sense of accomplishment or satisfaction towards.
