How to overcome your shynesssteemCreated with Sketch.

What if the shy's release from confinement was the beginning of change? True change. I recall how difficult it seemed to get over my shyness when I was a shy person. With a lack of motivation that wouldn't go away and a kind of chronic procrastination, it was so overwhelming that I did nothing to change it. I used to tell myself every day that I would always be shy.

I had the impression that I was a mountain climber attempting to scale a mountain whose summit I had never seen.

Up until the day my life was changed by a click. A click transformed me from a shy, sickly actor to an enthusiastic blogger.

But why might deconfinement be your catalyst as a shy person to get over your shyness and reclaim your self-confidence?

Most people found it challenging to cope with the confinement. With loneliness, confinement, isolation, and a lack of relationships... Then, after achieving the latter, their only objective will be to engage in copious amounts of social interaction. Image of a pressure cooker suddenly releasing its pressure is a little off.

Without ignoring the fact that euphoria will be combined with this desire for exacerbated socialisation, increasing it. Of course, this physical, mental, and social liberation is accompanied by euphoria. And as a shy person, this influx of positive emotions will be a fantastic opportunity to connect with those who will be friendlier and more inclined to chat with you than they were before this health crisis. maybe even grinning.

It's as if you were a mountain climber trying to ascend a mountain when all of a sudden someone decided to throw you a rope to help you. Utilise this rope right away, and don't let go.

Naturally, none of this will happen immediately. It will in fact take a little "timing," there will be some fear, and there will be barriers that people will try to put up. However, do not be hesitant to visit the others after completing all of these steps; they are only waiting for you.

All people are now treated equally as a result of the confinement. Everyone had to stay inside, including the wealthy, the poor, the young, the old, the famous, the unknown, the bosses, and the employees. Of course, the circumstances varied greatly from person to person, but everyone in the world was imprisoned in absolute terms.

Being shy also causes us to frequently underestimate ourselves, have low self-esteem, think others are better than us, and feel inferior. Except that everyone in the entire world has been impacted by this exceptional circumstance. Nobody had any privileges at all.

We were all essentially on the same boat.

You are able to step back from your shyness thanks to this reflection. Are other people really superior to you? Are they actually better than you? Is the way they look really that important? Do their opinions really need to get to you?

All of these are questions you should ask yourself before leaving your home in a few days or weeks.
