The truth can change things. When you face the truth, you can make big changes in your life and in society. Lying leads to a long list of mistakes, while telling the truth leads to resolves and successes.

Stability and dependability are built on truth. Being honest also makes people strong on the inside. How do we know what it is?

"Once the impossible is ruled out, the truth must be what's left, no matter how unlikely it is."

Arthur Conan Doyle

It's not clear what "truth" means. Truths could be absolute, based on science, personal opinion, or in the past. A lot of different species live in Truth. "Truth" refers to any speech that tells the truth about events. For instance, you live somewhere, you went to the store yesterday, or we're still living.

There are absolute truths and relative truths. Everyone comes from a woman. There are different ideas of what day or night is because the sun rises in different parts of the world. This is true, but these facts don't usually cause trouble. The truth is that they do or do not happen. This problem comes up when we try to figure out what the facts mean or why they happened.

We are fooled by what we see, like how a stick bends in a glass of water. Or when we "guess" what someone else is trying to say by the way they act, like: wait time shows lack of attention.

Because it's so hard to find the truth, there have been ages of philosophical and scientific arguments. In everyday life, it leads to disagreements, confusion, and misunderstandings. Truths that only apply to the subject force their way into everyday life because they are absolute.

It looks like we'll never be able to reach most of the facts. Can we use facts in our daily lives to help us deal with and get rid of uncertainty?

Starting with the fact that there are no absolute truths for people. Things that we think, feel, and experience are neither "true" nor "false" for sure. A "normal" stereotype has been pushed, but it's hard to find someone who fits or doesn't fit it perfectly.

Each person must find their own truth. His identity serves a reason. He is not the same person for the same reason. Also, the things that make him unique make him feel or suffer more or less strongly. Our biggest strengths as people come from this amazing journey inside ourselves.

When we know who we are, we don't have to be someone else. We shouldn't change to fit a fixed idea of happiness, success, or anything else. We don't have to build ourselves around someone else's idea. We have the strength to fight for what we believe when we know our own truths.

Living just to follow other people's facts weakens our life power. We get scared and need other people's eyes to help us. Finding the personal truths that make us who we are and who we want to be is important, but so is adapting to group facts like following the rules of society.
