Being Rich Is something personal. There are people around the world, in countries less advanced then average where having 5$ means be Rich for a month.
In big cities you can pay a coffee 5$ or even more and still a good price, even more than affordable.
If you earn (let's make an example) 54K pa from your job you are "Rich" for a middle-class Person but things turn out differently if you Say that you work 47hr per week to reach that amount of Money each year. You will buy a 5$ coffee every morning but you'll miss time with your family or some free time for yourself and your hobbies.
Being Rich means that you have a steady cash-flow while being in charge of your Life and (when possible) time.
With This point of view a man that earn 24K Is "more Rich" than the Man Who works 47hr a week for 54K.
Being in charge Is the base for the wealth and wellbeing.
You should work for live and not live for work.
But you Remember that :" Do what you love and you Will not work a single day of your Life."
Both are Truth, your Truth.
