Discipline Yourself Hard Enough But Never Be Hard On Yourself.

Hello Guys, Hello Dtubers.
Before you start blaming yourself about something you did wrong, trying to punish yourself by avoiding food for a certain period of time, hitting yourself on the head so hard and doing all unnecessary sort of things to yourself, Ask yourself this, "How disciplined am I?"
In this video I talked about disciplining yourself hard enough but never attempt to be hard on yourself. Because you own yourself and you shouldn't do the same things other people do to you to yourself...

Some people even go as far as committing suicide, and some commits suicide unconsciously, based on the fact that they stay depressed after a misfortune and they get hit by a car or cause themselves greater harm...

My suggestion is this, when you fail at something, why not try again, why not wipe your tears and use the anger with full force to repeat what you have done wrongly, rightly.... Why not.... I don't want to talk much...
