In a real life situation, @nabilah, people will have to motivate themselves. Many people are surrounded by certain motives and positive ideas, that makes them to live and work successfully in the world of today.
I mean that, some people need more potentials and directions, before they will work and achieve a goal. If there isn't a motivational gap that differentiates our actions and abilities, none of us will achieve what we have proposed in personal life.
I am @gboyegaogunmola. I am a writer. I am writing article on the topic "psychological aspect of man". I want people to solve personal problems, through reading my "personality literature".
In counselling situations, people who have no interest in certain things, or those who are achieving less than what is required, should be motivated. Such people will be willing to take their lives seriously. They will surely follow a direction that is expected of them.
Motives are a real source of our "reservoir of life energy". People who believe in motivating themselves, will always do more, than what is expected of them.
Motivation will allow us to do more work and achieve difficult goals in the world of today.
