7 AMAZING RESULTS THAT YOU GET FROM GOOGLING "STEEMIT"!

Hello Steemians,
Well, today I transposed our beloved platform against the monster of Google just out of curiosity. I really wanted to know what the outsider will see when he/she keys us into the most popular search engine. Hmmm! To say I was surprised by my findings is an understatement!

The POWER OF SEO Optimizations done by SteemitInc is becoming more and more obvious. We are trending on top of popular search terms related to blogging, getting paid, making money online and of course living off the grid. Lolx.

HERE ARE SOME OF MY OBSERVATIONS:

1- There's NO Ambiguity With Our Name:

• There are many sites that if googled will bring up other ambiguous misspellings or related sites that are not the same.
• NOT STEEMIT! The search results for the keyword "steemit" brought out exactly what I was looking for at the top.
• https://steemit.com was well-highlighted with Trending, Hot & Trending topics pages linked externally!

2- We Are ABLY Represented On Wikipedia:

• Wikipedia is the free online encyclopedia that has gained popularity for giving free and simple information on almost anything.
• Having Steemit on it is a huge plus for us all.
• Besides, it was the 2nd search result

Steemit is a blogging and social networking website on top of the Steem circlechain database. The Steem blockchain produces Steem and Steem Dollars which are tradeable tokens users obtain for posting, discovering, and commenting on interesting content.
Steemit, Inc is a privately held company based in New York City and headquartered in Virginia. The company was founded by Ned Scott and Dan Larimer, creator of BitShares, and EOS.

3- We Have A Huge Presence On YOUTUBE

• In as much as D-Tube is the future of video management and sharing, Youtube still has a market dominance for the meantime. Its important we make use of that to help grow this platform.
• I could see that alot of persons were already doing that well enough that their videos showed up on the search space
• Many of the videos are a little bit behind time (2017) we gotta work hard to get newer videos up there. It should have to do with number of views and all that.
  

4- A String Of Similar Websites Especially Reddit

• For those that don't know, The Reddit Model is what steemit is using. So you can actually say that Steemit is Reddit On Steroids...
• According to Wikipedia

• So just imagine that we have even 1/4th of the Reddit user base.
• I'm particularly excited because we are getting compared to giants...that means we will surpass the giants soon...
• TradingView is another cool website that highlights our cryptocurrency base!
  

5- Our Social Media Presence Is Amazing

• We are on Facebook (20k likes) and Twitter (75.5k Followers)
• Even though we aren't yet big like some of these platforms ( 20bn Fb; 330mil Tw per month), but we are doing a lot considering our age and the fact that we are taking the organic route.

Twitter I was checking what the @steemit account tweets and saw where they tweeted about the 1 Million Transactions. That may not seem like a lot, but it is alot! We beat Bitcoin, Litcoin, Ethereum to the game on blocktivity.info. In actual sense, we are the best blockchain out there!

6- NEWS, REPORTS & TOP STORIES About Us

• I observed the multiple websites that were willing to talk about us including COINDESK, COINTELEGRAPH , Rolling Stone etcz.
• See a quote from Cointelegraph while talking about Datawallet;

7- Related Search Queries

• By far the most important query to new people googling steemit was Steemit reviews. You know why?
• Simple! They are looking for Social Proof that Steemit is not another ponzi scam site that they will fall prey to.
• So they check out what people have to say about Steemit. INTERESTING!
  
• As it turned out, they also wanted to know more about "the steemit blockchain", "signing up" and "how it works".
• Just to satisfy my curiosity further, I checked out the 1st related search link;

Well, Just like had imagined, Steemit has all positive reviews on the results page with a Medium.com post by Miller Jason sitting atop.

I think I probably should stop here even though I could still write more about all the positives I noticed on Google today concerning STeemit. Perhaps, you should click that search button yourself and see what you come up with.

I feel priviledged for being on this blockchain and most especially for inspiring Steemians with my writeups. I promise to continue doing more for the betterment of the entire steem blockchain and ofcourse steemians!
