Response: Do it yourself or get help???

in motivation •  6 years ago

My brother @dmilliz posted a video the other day saying "If you want something done right, do it yourself". I loved what he was saying and i wanted to add to that. It's not that you should always do it yourself, but if you choose to let someone else help you, don't get upset when they screw up while trying hard. Teach them thoroughly what needs to be done. Give them instructions, give them a playbook. Don't set them up to fail.

Remember you have a lot of experience in your own process and you didn't learn your process overnight. You hone it over months and years. Don't get upset if someone doesn't get it the first time around.

Hey bro , good to see you on dtube, you start ata good time as everything just change lol. Good points with the manual book, that’s how McDonald’s became the biggest franchise. Indeed you blame the people that help as they don’t know the thing like we do, and even we mess up sometimes. Gotta give people room to mess up and learn but to avoid that make the instruction book or briefing. Good thoughts. Thanks fir reminiscing me what pops said:)
