In the beautiful words of James Allen ''calmness of mind is one of the beautiful jewels of wisdom''

We become calm in the sense that we understand ourselves as thought-evolved beings, we clearly cease, to fuss and fume, and worry and grieve, and remain focused, serene, steadfast.
Basically, calm people having learned how to discipline themselves, know how to fit themselves to others; They in turn reverence their spiritual capability and feel that they can also learn from them and rely on them.

Literally, the more tranquil we become, the greater prominent beings we attain. Even ordinary individuals will experience business prosperity increase as they develop a greater equanimity and self-control. Nevertheless calm people are always cherished and revered. Who wouldn't love a serene and tranquil heart?. It doesn't matter weather, what changes come to those dominating these blessings, for they are always calm and serene. It is more to be desired than diamonds and gold.

How many people we know who ruin all that is beautiful by explosive tempers, who damage their poise of character simply by lack of self control. Only few people we come across in life who are well-composed and balanced beings. They posses that exquisite poise which is the characteristic of the finished character.

Only those whose thoughts and emotions are controlled and purified makes the storms and winds of the soul obey them.Wherever you may be, under whatsoever conditions you find yourself. Know this- In the deep ocean of life, the isles of success are smiling ,and the sunny shores of your idea awaits your arrival.

Self control is strength, serenity is power. Say to yourself ''Peace be still!''.
