From the last two posts, I talked about not settling. I said it is easy to relax when we have success and it is also easy to give up when things are not going our way. I took us on how my journey has been till now, with the upvotes, delegation and credible friends I have made. You can read it here and here

I think I have managed to keep to my words by keeping this particular series short and this is actually the last one.

So, all that has been said earlier, brought me to this aspect of life, which is to implore you never to settle, yes, even in life.

Life is a race. No matter what you are going through, move forward. Whatever we go through, we grow through.

Eccl. 9:11:
(New International Version);

"I have seen something else under the sun: The race is not to the swift or the battle to the strong, nor does food come to the wise or wealth to the brilliant or favor to the learned; but time and chance happen to them all."

The race set before me may not be the race set before you. I will run my race with diligence. Don't allow people to help you park. Progress is not mentioned by speed, but by consistency. If you want to go far, you have to go high. Never conclude on anyone until the final whistle is blown. (We all saw that with Chelsea Football Club and Southampton FC, hahahaha, and even with Manchester United against Arsenal.)

Monitor what you see. What you see affects what you get. Seeing opportunities defines how rich you are.

Measurable progress at reasonable time. - Biodun Fatoyinbo.

Sight gives you speed. If what you are seeing is not in line, it's futility. Don't live situationally, live revelationally. People park when they can't see. People settle when they stopped dreaming. Sky is not the limit but the thoughts. Stretch your thoughts. Get your thoughts out there. Be heard. Be intentional about it. You move as fast as your thought is moving. Keep a positive thought always. Whatever you go through, make sure you grow through, it depends on how you see things. You have to have a finisher's mindset. Never settle. With low payouts, with massive payouts, with discouragements, with cheers, please never settle. Don't let people clap for you too soon. There are always many more things to achieve. Keep pressing.

Today's success is tomorrow's mediocrity. - Rev. Gbeminiyi Eboda.

NEVER SETTLE, but then, you need to answer this: "What motivates you in the first place?.

This statement gives me a whole new insight as to what success is. Sometimes what we call success isn't really success.

Sight gives a man direction, this kind of sight is called vision. Vision keeps a man in line with his eyes on the price. It gives us a drive to break limits and keep us focused.

I'll never settle for less @olawalium

Thank you for this. Exactly, what we call success is relative. Progress is not mentioned by speed, but by consistency. When the vision is out of tune, to keep focus would be really hard. Thanks again for your input. I like it.

Beautifully documented Olawale darling... Keep up the good work!

Your words always make me smile. Maybe because when I read your texts, I imagine you smiling. Thanks a lot beautiful soul.

A word for the season
