How to find the best motivating ideas in the world

in motivation •  3 years ago

I spend virtually the entire day looking for something to motivate me to do. I sweep the floor, feed my dog slowly, eat eggs leisurely for breakfast, and push myself to do nothing helpful. But, in the midst of it all, I realised something: I can motivate myself. I need to boost my motivation, which has been waiting to be boosted, and start putting my energy to use, which has been waiting to be put to use.

We urge ourselves to read something inspirational from one perspective. This works in a limited way. We've landed among the world's most inspiring concepts. But then our motivation fades and we go about our lives as if nothing occurred. We read every motivation article, book, and study there is. We have a good idea of what we should do to keep ourselves motivated. But why can't we find a way to be motivated?

We don't put what we've learned into practise.

We can occasionally attain the things we want in life when we remove the barriers that impede us from doing so (with a motivated body and mood). Most of the time, simplifying our situation makes it easier to achieve our desired outcome. By raising our awareness of items that lower our motivation, we can learn how to deal with them over time. More significantly, once we are aware, we may begin to address the negative elements right away.

“Being appreciative for what we have in life allows us to open numerous doors. We believe we have plenty, if not more, than we need. Denial is transformed into acceptance, chaos is transformed into order, and complexity is transformed into clarity. It has the power to transform a simple meal into a feast, a house into a home, and a stranger into a friend. Melody Beattie (Melody Beattie)

The ungrateful part of me is a real pain. Every day, I have to resurrect him. When my ungrateful side takes over, it's impossible for me to achieve anything since I'm always stuck in the past. My resentful side can only perceive that there are no 'ought' things. As a result, I do what I do with considerable trepidation, and I always end up stuck somewhere. Work becomes a cause of dread for me rather than a source of learning. I am confident that if we can destroy this ungrateful part of ourselves, we will be able to accomplish a great deal. Our lives will be brighter if we live with thankfulness.

Imagine being grateful for all you have in your life all of the time! It'd be the equivalent of falling in love with life! The most important thing you can do to go on productively is to be appreciative and accept your life as it is.

So, how do we go about accomplishing this?

Make a list of all the things in your life for which you are grateful. Let's start with the most basic technique... It's effective. If you sit down and start writing down everything you're grateful for on a piece of paper, you'll notice that your gratitude grows stronger. You'll be happier with what you have today. You'll start to realise that your life isn't as horrible as you make it out to be. You will notice things about your life that you never noticed before after making a list of 50 things you are grateful for in life. For example, I wrote a 500-item list and was astounded when I discovered how fortunate I had been throughout my life.

The life you are currently living is one that makes the life you are currently living possible, comfortable, and better.

Even now, I see a fantastic machine in front of me on the Internet, where I can communicate with a large number of people and share my ideas. I also have my phone, which is always transmitting signals to the satellite so that I may communicate with anybody I want. Now that my fingers are well, I can write these to you. My brain is churning away so that I can jot down these thoughts.

What do you see when you look away from the screen you're presently staring at? Your vision appears to be good. Perhaps you are now working in an office where you might earn money to help you achieve your goals in the future. Perhaps you are currently lying on your sofa at home, which was designed by someone you do not know because you wanted to be comfy. It's possible that it's fine in your air conditioner. Alternatively, your heater.
