I met someone who told me that the reason he is still where he is, is because no one supported him. True be told we all need help at a point in life BUT we cannot just to "helped" to function The reason why most people find it convenient to blame someone for their limitations and mistakes, is because the believe that someone somewhere owes them. They premit themselves to be frustrated and then put the blame on someone or somthing. Until the time where you see yourself as being in the right situation, you will mislead yourself.
