As you learn to meditate and concentrate on your breath, you will be able to forgive others for their limitations. When you want to stop someone from doing something, you have to stop doing it yourself first. When you start focusing on your breathing and you start meditating on your breath, then you can forgive others for their limitations.
People who live in the east Orlando area are taught to forgive others when they act badly. If we practice dealing with our anger before we express it to someone else, then we will be able to get rid of our anger. In order to practice forgiving others, you need to learn how to focus on what you get to do rather than what you don't get to do. If you focus on what you don't do, then you will always feel angry or resentful towards others. When you start to focus on what you do get to do instead of what you don't do, you will find that you will be able to forgive others more easily.
When you want to learn how to forgive others, you have to start meditating on the meaning of gratitude. In order to forgive others, you have to start expecting results. As you start to focus on the result you want, you will realise that you don't always get the result you want. If you want to change a person's behaviour, you have to change the way you respond to what they do. Instead of acting as if they did something wrong, if you want to change them, you have to accept and understand that they may not be able to change.
By understanding this, you will then start meditating on gratitude. You can use your gratitude meditation to release any guilt that you have for what you want to achieve. Instead, of feeling bad about wanting what you don't have, start focusing on what you do have. In this way, you will be able to forgive others for their limitations.
