Mid-Feb got you feeling like: 'Remember my New Year's goals? LOL.' You still got this. How to get back on track.

Studies show that 80% of New Year's goals get derailed by mid-February. 🙃 The good news: Getting back on track isn't as hard as it may seem.

Today, ask yourself: How can I amend my goal so it's more doable? Maybe it's even just making the goal 'show up,' aka open the doc, drive to the gym, or pick up the pen. ✍️
