In difficult times it is always an advantage to have a positive Mindset. It's always a challenge because we have to keep in mind how easy it is to have a positive mindset in good times, but in bad times it often turns into a negative one.
It's like a muscle, though. You can train the mindset. For this reason, I would suggest training it as often as possible.
Science has proven that you can train your mind with thoughts. Those who are trained can be happy, unhappy, excited, calm, cool and anxious at the push of a button.
It doesn't matter what and how things look on the outside. The inner attitude is important. Everything can go downhill on the outside but inside you stand your man and fight and stay cool. I would suggest that this attitude to train.
Everyone will encounter a small or big setback in the near future. Just try to react like a man once. It'll really motivate you guys, and it feels cool.
