the truth is that alot of persons have being taught to believe the wrong thing, the idea of the handicap, and because there is no proper orientation, people tend to fail in their day to day activity, i sight an example of my country, where you find people who are handicap become beggars ( just like a full time job) the question is cant this persons be anything else? certainly they can, but the problem of generational mindset as evolved overtime and will need a proper orientation and rehabilitation to save our children from this bloodline... i suggest we work on the mind of people other than just give beggars or handicaps arms, teach them how to fish.!
