Many people admire honesty and appreciate it when others are honest. We value truth in all matters.

Could you define "true"? It aligns thoughts, words, and deeds. It entails validating our experiences and the events around us.

Being authentic means accepting one's inner wisdom, taking responsibility for their actions, and respecting their humanity, including their flaws and strengths.

In self-reflection, many of you may have found traits that don't suit you. Your ego, not your personal taste, affects your attitude to new discoveries. He respects your actions based on his beliefs.

However, the ego may not grasp the risks of its security. I recommend reading multiple sources to understand. Regular renewal is required for security. Often, the ego seeks confirmation of its convictions. Authentic security comes from embracing truth to fully accept one's identity. A sense of security in one region sometimes lasts forever.

Consider a case where you politely ask a trusted friend to comment on your behaviour. Could you be happy and composed when given unexpected feedback that contradicts your self-image? Keep an open mind to your inner voice, including perspectives you may not like.

My personal journey has shown me how rejection wounds affect our ability to see the truth about ourselves and others. Denial may result from letting our ego control our behaviours and activating this wound.

I often see people confidently committing to avoiding sugar, exercising regularly, or regulating their emotions. Actually, they often prioritise their own ego-driven beliefs, which can affect their behaviours. The ego may think such behaviours will make it feel more fulfilled or accepted.

These people are confident in their remarks, while others may disagree with the usage of absolute phrases like "never" and "always." Individuals may overlook actions that contradict their values to maintain the belief that they always act in accordance with their principles.

It appears that individuals may benefit from self-awareness and contemplating their own needs rather than their ego. They may act with confidence, yet their ego's misperceptions seem to drive them.

As a natural human response, some may struggle to accept the facts. However, resisting the truth may be a way to maintain self-esteem. This strategy can help you understand people who influence your life. When feeling insecure or uncomfortable, realise that the ego may be prevailing.

When one can observe without judging oneself or others, it shows a sense of centering and receptivity to fresh knowledge that could improve one's life.

Knowing one is loved despite their flaws can provide one security. She will also accept that others are human. One could argue that embracing human defects helps us appreciate divine perfection. Recognising our ups and downs, strengths and weaknesses, abilities and defects lets us fully enjoy life.

We may all have different opinions. Our goal is to create a culture of love and acceptance where we accept one other as humans without judging them by right or wrong. We can be more real with ourselves and others this way.
