The main reason for all dysfunctional behaviour is not meeting these basic needs on a daily basis. But they're to blame for everything that people do, not just the bad decisions we make. Understanding your own wants and thoughts can not only help you avoid bad habits and actions, but it can also help you reach your goals.

We've heard it before, right? "Think positive" is something that many people tell us. To say that positive thinking can completely change your life is fully true.
