Why are hugs essential for our emotional balance?steemCreated with Sketch.

It's easy to hold someone, but it's not safe. It makes sense, since hugging is the most usual way to show love.

One reason is that hugs make oxytocin come out. The happy hormone or the attachment hormone. This happens twenty seconds after touching or being hugged. It is made in the brain and calms and makes you feel better right away.

When we're calm and full, it works. This can happen while hugging, relaxing, or lying on the beach in the sun. It works against cortisol. It's not just hormones.

Hugs make us remember being kids, which is great. A safe and cuddly person. We feel good when someone does something nice for us.

It is clear how mirror neurons are involved. Our brains respond to what the person in front of us does. When I see someone yawn or scratch, I want to do the same thing. I feel love and good vibes when someone comes to hug me. Will have faith.

When we are touched, tiny sensors in our skin called tactile corpuscles send a message to our heart about how we are feeling. We're calmer.

That's what it means to hug someone. It's not sexy at all. It includes putting your hand on their heart and keeping them warm.

Right on. Oxytocin makes us feel less afraid and more open to other people. We feel less alone when someone touches us. Like Free Hugs. A quick hug brings you back together. So, it's a natural way to treat depression.

Because we're afraid of what he'll do. It's hard to reach out to people because we're afraid of being turned down. Rejection hurts the most, though. This is why it can be easier to just cuddle an animal. Don't worry about him doing it. We don't mind if they disappear, which cats often do. It's not that they hate us, but that they've had enough.

Because we trade and share. When we hug, we receive.

A study was done by American experts from Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh. She said that being cuddled makes us less likely to get colds, flu, and other winter illnesses.

People with autism have trouble with touch and looking. We can use animals to re-educate this because they are easier to get along with than people. Oxytocin is made by this exchange. We do it a lot with cats and horses that don't want to be noticed. They know more about how to treat autism than we do. It's just what they do.

Not the same, but always good. We want to be nice with Free Hugs. Hugs wrap people up. You might feel good in someone else's arms, but not in someone else's. The spirit of each person is traded. There is a special part that we can't explain...
